ZUMBA®

Monday & Wednesday 19.00 / Saturday 09.15

For everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

FLOWETIC

Sunday 10.00

Flowetic is a beautiful class combining dance, toning and strengthening exercises alongside stretching and relaxation. Fitness and wellbeing for the body and mind.

BACK to CORE Conditioning

Wednesday 17.45

A workout designed to have better core strength, which is our best guard against backpains. In a way, the back also encompasses the “core” and the “shoulder”, which is a good reminder that these are all labels that we give to the body – it functions as a whole, and the separation is only in the way we think about things. You will need a mat/towel for our floor exercises.
