Who is Arvin

Arvin is a firstly a nurse. His interest in Fitness Instructing and Complementary Therapies stemmed from seeing the adverse effects of stress in his working environment and experiencing the detrimental effects of not having time to exercise and workout.

He loves to dance and is one of the few qualified Zumba® Fitness class Instructors who introduced the concept of Zumba® Fitness in different dance/fitness facilities in the United Kingdom – especially in the London areas.

He is a qualified fitness instructor (ETM) teaching different fitness, dance and movement classes. He is also a Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Personal Fitness Trainer, Complementary/Massage Therapist, Coach and a Tutor.
